I found the location superb, near the train station. It was a short walk to dotonburi too. the approachable and kind staff were a definite plus!

The room proved small. Managing luggage became a challenge, as there was inadequate space for even a medium-sized suitcase. Storage was minimal. I would have liked to have a proper wardrobe. The lack of space impacted my stay negatively.

I really appreciated the convenient location near the train station. the staff were friendly and helpful with baggage forwarding. They handled everything! the hotel also provides various teas and toiletries , a very thoughtful touch. the washer and dryers on the second floor were useful .

the coffee from the machine tasted quite diluted.

While there was no breakfast option, a 7-eleven is conveniently located next door. This made grabbing quick meals very easy. the second floor included an area with tables, chairs, a coffee machine, and a microwave for guest use.
